Nepal 4 people so far

Hi Jup,4 of us ran a lovely 9+ miles along the edge of the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal today. Our destination was Kopan Monastery where we were greeted by monks, views of Kathmandu below, and the Himalayan foothills above.Here’s to a strong finish on your journey!
